it all depends on what happened to change your feelings

and who changed them and how.

even on forums, you can be on such a high, only for someone to come along and suck the blood right out of you.

The voices in my head killed my HUGE buzz. :-5

I had such a fantastic day and now I'm at home and it's all quiet so I have no distractions and now ol' man doubt is knockin at my door :-5

that happens to alot! Great day, on such a high, come home alone, brain starts to spin and bango, your sooooooooo down!

force yourself to put on some music, no tear jerker stuff, watch a funny movie, have some chocolate, and I do mean some!

go for a walk, it wakes you up, and just makes you feel so much better!

I've eaten WAY more than my fair share of chocolate today darlin :wah: WAAAAAY more!

I'm listening to some good tunes as we speak and I went for a long drive coz at the moment I appear to have lost the ability to walk :rolleyes:

AAggghhh - both me and my son are not well, my daughter has gone to school and is taking part in a music recital this afternoon. As my son has an upset stomach I dare not leave the house for too long and therefore can't go and watch her this afternoon.

So, in my wisdom I contacted her Dad and explained, he said he would go and watch and his boss had said he could have the time off. So I told my daughter that Daddy will be there, she was soo excited bless her.

I've just got a text, Daddy can't/won't take half a day off now....

Why do I bother :rolleyes:
