I was watching PMQT this lunchtime when he said it and the whole place dissolved - he didn't even crack a smile.

You have to hand it to him.. Mr Oscar described his face as ' A face like a Bulldog licking **** off a thistle'.
Wonderful way with words my husband has.

Co-incidence you have said that. We had a lot of great press here and abroad on him when he came up with his blue-print for the bail-out and was visiting Leaders including Bush to advise them. The press were giving him headlines of the man who saved the world.
Perhaps, it was Freudian. :sneaky:

See what cheer he's spreading over here?
I can understand that. Many of my fellow countrymen dissolve into hysterical laughter at the mere mention of him. What is amazing, is that Labour (Brown) have closed a gap in the polls of approx 27 % in just the last few months, so WHO is voting for him? Half the country has to be.
I just happen to think he's wonderful, nose-picking or not :-4

I take it from your statement, my learned Scottish friend, that you are in effect admitting that the country IS voting for Gordon Brown? I knew if i picked away enough at that hard exterior, i'd have you admitting it one way or the other.
However, you are wrong my little bearded one.. There is a lady at no 26 who voted Brwon is the polls and she reads The Sun. I think there is also a man some-where in Wales, who may read The Guardian but don't quote me.
Flash Gordon.. Yes, i like that rather a lot :yh_rotfl
