I remember that case quite well. On a serious note here, we had a trial here recently which was unfortunately a 14 year old girl who was gang raped but orally. her rapists got prison sentances for rape. Now, had she of biten one of her attackers penis, would she have been charged with assault?

The husband and wife here are giving two accounts but as i said way back, he must have voluntarilly put his penis in her mouth or forced it.
