The old year is now gone

and the New Year begins.

It is now the time to put all the failures of 2008 behind us and look with hope to what the future holds for us.

Success in this is not just a matter of luck. It is done with forethought, planning and persistance. It is not just a matter of resolving to accomplish something. It is a matter of implementing the plan you devised to accomplish it and then doing it over and over again.........

It is easy to say what we would like to do, but what is it that you really, really want, deep down in the core of your being? What one thing would you like to be able to say at the end of 2009 that you accomplished?

I'm walking better this year than last year.
