Yes, it was snowing briefly and the temps went from 40 to 32 in no time. Really cold and windy. I don't really mind it...not going anywhere today/tonight. I sometimes like a grey day especially when its cold.

I took my walk, and when I turned the corner into the gusts I couldn't move-gosh it was windy. I am taking dinner over to a newly widowed lady, I am going early before dark in such weather.

Yes they are calling for 50 mile gusts today until around 10pm. Good luck on your visit. It is really getting chilly. This weather is nuts.

i spent my new years eve writing a paper and now another paper... WEEEE haha this one is more interesting then immigration though... seriously this is the topic

I'm doing well Skittles and thanks for asking. Our New Years was great. Celebrated quietly at home. Had a romantic lobster dinner with my wife. :-4 Been working on some projects around the house and got them finished up too.

We work well together. We know what needs done and just do it. And if we don't do it, it doesn't get done. :p There's no tug of war when it comes to a to-do list in this house.

Traditions, I suppose. Black eyed peas bring good luck just like eating pork and kraut does.

It's said that a person should not consume anything that scratches backwards on New Years Day for it will bring bad luck all year long.
