Haha. Do you remember the fishing game where you had little wooden fishing rods with a piece of string tied to the end and a magnet on the end of the string. You had to 'fish' for fish out of a square cardboard hide.

And it ain't early, it's 0728- I was up at 0400 for my hike. You got to get up earlier to beat me, even retired I work like a plowhorse.

I unfortunately was up at 4am but for a different reason. Younger daughter has a bad habit of going online till the crack of dawn and hubs woke up and flipped out on her nocturnal habits, etc. Didn't get back to sleep till 5:30am most of which was spent having a dumb argument over the pc and the kids.

Think of the money you gained and how its working for you now... and tell yer body its time to spend some of it!:-4Very true babe.....the thing is and im being serious now.....when do we say enough is enough....when do we not feel guilty as I am doing right now.For over 30 years I had no holiday....in the early years every penny I had went into the home as coming from the slums at that time of the East End I swore one day I would have all the things I could only dream about then even down to my pets..... yes I got all the nice things and the pets but paid the price big time on the way and at times wondered if it was all worth the sweat and tears.I know that me mates here love to wind me up about my many Dolls but guess thats the child in me who craved for them so much all those years ago.I craved for love when I was a kid as I was taken away from my Foster Parents of 5 years that I loved so much and put in an orphanage until my real Mother took me to live with her........very unhappy years....very and it took me years and well into my adult life to understand her and why she was like she was and also to know that she did love me and I was still "her little girl" as she wrote on her birthday card to me in January 1991.....the day before she died,

So now I guess you could say Im making up for so many lost years.....with many more years behind me than infront I guess ive got to learn that life is not all about work and indeed about enjoying yer life also a little;)

So did my sister. I know she went to London to see them while we still lived in Torquay. I can't remember where she went to see them now or exactly what year it was. Maybe the Hammersmith. It was great when she came back. She was hoarse for a week.

We moved from Torquay in 1966 when I'd just turned 11.

I first met them....and there was only 4 of us waiting:yh_rotfl at a BBC place where they had just recorded a show called The Talent Spot.....it used to go out on a Tuesday at 5pm.....they had just recorded Love Me Do....anyway we spoke to them outside for quite a long time and got all their autographs....few months later I met them again where Easy Beat was recorded off the Embankment and Paul remembered me and came over and signed Please Please Me LP....which I still have.....after that everything went through the Fan Club regarding autographs I believe;)The LP is worth a few hundred pounds now as it was an early autograph.
