Soft Judge let's starved 'Hobo's' owner off with a ban

Post by Oscar Namechange »

A soft judge has sentenced 'Hobo's owner to just a ban, a fine and a supervision order.

JUDGE.. YOU SHOULD HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME

Hobo owner gets 25 year ban | The Sun |News

It makes a mockery of all the hard work over the years from Animal rights organisations to protect the like's of 'Hobo'

It makes a mockery of 'Hobo's' suffering and the dedication of the PDSA in saving his life.

It makes a mockery of the love and devotion given to 'Hobo' by his new owners who fought for a prosecution.

When will they learn???

This devalues life of any kind, it gives the idea that sadistic systematic torture of another living creature is not really a punishable offence but more a social disapproval.

Meanwhile Hobo's new owners the PDSA and all the thousands of us who rescue dogs or cats from abuse have just been given a kick in the guts

Exactly!!!!

I myself feel i have been kicked in the guts. It's not just the love and devotion you put into bringing an abused animal back from the brink... It's the money you have to spend as well.

I could give you many examples of the abused i have taken in over the years but i think the worst was poor 'Peanut' my little Persian. The RSPCA siezed her and wanted to put her down immediately. I had nursed cats out of cat flu before but with a persian it's highly difficult because of the natural breathing difficultie's they have due to being bred basically deformed. She had fluid on the lungs for months and i was up most nights only getting two hours sleep here and there caring for her. I remember the head nurse jumping for joy one day at her weighing because she had put on an ounce!!!!!!

When the fluid was finally gone and she could breathe, she had to be put full under and shaved from head to foot. She had lice, flea's and scabs all over her. When all the matted fur was off, she was skin and bone.

Please visit my album 'Oscar' to see her now. She's the gray one.

This judge has insulted me and everyone who has done what i have have.

Thank god there is more of us than there is of him.
