Cascading windows

Is there a way to cascade two like open screens on the WINDOWS XP desktop? I want to comapre two EXCEL databases but can' t get them to tile. I can tile a WORD and an EXCEL or any other diferent programs, but not the two EXCEL.

Any suggestions appreciated
