You know, if you show up for the weekend and we actually do this nighttime parachute jump over Hendon airfield you'll feel even more of a wreck by Sunday. Maybe we should aim for something less stretchy?

all you people that complain about the weather let me tell you the feel of the drizzle being blown into my face was beautiful to see the birds flying and the dogs playing was wonderfull

i managed to cling to a lampost for five minutes then shuffle so mr burns like home i crawled back up the stairs and went back to bed my back felt like it could go again at any second but at least i know i'm on the mend be it very slowly ..baby steps and all that
