When i read the headline, i was usually sceptical but i must say after watching the video in this link, it quite put the frighteners up me.

What do you think? Is it real or a hoax?

I personally can't give much credence to it Oscar. To begin with how many ghosts were there as the same shot repeats itself a number of times. Even if we were to say that he simply rewound the film and played it again and again, it still doesn't mean anything. If you look at the right hand wall you will see the reflection from a window behind him. It is my guess that someone passed between the window and the sun and so caused a shadow. Twelve year old kids can get up to all sorts of pranks. A normal 12 year old would have dropped his camera and run like heck.

I'm inclined to agree with you that some-one was passing and threw up a shadow. Still, it had me going for a while :wah:

I would normally be skeptical, but it does look pretty good, the kid does like he is freaked, but it gets cut off shortly after his ‘Oh My God’, his voice sounds frightened.

I don’t know¦ if it is a hoax then it is a good one.

The part that gets me about spirits, ghosts etc, is they are like ufo's in that no-one has ever proved that they do not exist.

I have always been very scepticle and until some years ago, i would have flatly dis-agreed with anyone over their existence. Then something happened to me twice. The first time, i was willing to accept others theories that i was asleep and dreaming. After the second time, it has left me with the idead that there could be some-thing in it.

I'm not convinced that it's anything more than a shadow of someone passing behind the child.

My logic is telling me that it's unlikely a boy of 12 would be home alone. There would have likely have been an adult some-where in the house.

Tabloid Watch: Hoaxbanisters

Says everything really. Of course it's a deliberate hoax. It's obviously a deliberate hoax. I bet the poor lad's scared at the exposure it's had, he can't have expected it.

I was beginning to wonder if a parent was playing a joke on him?

I suspect he was making it himself. His comments are far too knowing and deliberately acted.

I looked again and i agree except for his reaction when he see's the shadow. That part is well acted.
