Wife and I are going out to dinner in about 30 minutes. It's my favorite Indian Restaurant.

Here's what I am having----Lamb Rista -

A mild creamy Kashmiri delicacy

Lamb cooked with cashews, cream and spring onions spiced with nutmeg, e & green cardamom. Strongly recommended for mild palates. Enjoyed best with a Paneer Kulcha and Coconut Ric

My wife----Fish Molee - A delicacy from Kerala

A mild tangy dish from a seafood rich, coastal town of India, made with fish fillets and cooked with coconut milk, vinegar and spices. Try this with Coconut Rice and Kandhari Naan.

Yup, all but the fries. Used Or Ida extra crispy. I would make my own but using all that oil and then having to throw it out is such a waste.
