Mustang, a quesadilla is made with two quesadilla shells and you just fry them. Daughter loves them loaded with cheese, tomatoes, etc. Copied them from a food chain years ago. Mine are better.:wah:

Idgie, is that a Blue Lagoon I see? I'll have that one.

Thanks Ducky i had no idea what the heck it was but they do sound real good. Just may have to try making them this summer.

I didn't sleep very well on Monday night and slept in this morning. Just got an excellent tip from Rachel Ray on making sausage. parboil them and drizzle olive oil so the skins come out nice & crispy and the meat inside is juicy.
