Oh how do i cope with the fame :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/top-storie ... -21052860/
The Daily Mirror as well..... I'm slipping :yh_rotfl
Just incase the said officer logs on..... Taken from 'The Mail online'
The point is that the laws and leadership under which the police operate are hostile to common sense and to good order. Didn't you just know how the story would end when you read about Julie Lake's attempt to defend a desecrated war memorial from hooded louts, that the police would first ignore her calls for help and then persecute her when she acted on her own?
Well done as usual to The Daily Mail.

Thanks Mate. It could be months before we get a date for the court of appeal but for reasons i can't go into here, other 'evidence' has come to light that we didn't have the first time round. All concerned are confident.

Good for you oscar, it takes a lot of nerve to take on a gang of punks. You definitely should get off scott free and still be given a medal. As far as I see it you were protecting the memorial of those who had died for the freedom of others. It is not fitting that your own should be removed by way of a fine. The courts are showing their lack of respect for all those who lost their lives by declaring you guilty for protecting their memory.
I can honestly say that I am glad to know you.:-6:-6

Thanks Amber. :-6 The Legion has been going to the police here about this vandalism for years..... they couldn't be bothered. Even the youths mates gave evidence against him in court but he wasn't the one on trial. I suppose the judge did punish the youth in a way by denying his claim for compensation against me. It was all he could do really. One newspaper did report on the evidence heard in court where the youth was asked what the war memorial meant to him and he replied, 'It means nothing to me'. They also reported one of his mates threatening to kill my dog.... but of course, the police arn't interested in any of that. Pathetic yobs, pathetic parents and pathetic police.

The police can't do anything hun, if they touch a kid the police would be in court and then disciplined. It's the laws protecting the youths that have to be changed. As it is right now police have to be able to really justify nabbing a youth, like he/she is waving a loaded pistol around etc, so they just don't even bother. But there is absolutely no logic , in my opinion, why the parents of the youth weren't fined for the damage that their child did and have to pay court costs, and pay you for emotional stress. I think if more parents were held accountable ( and this includes parents on social assistance etc) for what their children did a lot of the garbage would come to an end. I would even go so far as to jailing parents if jail was warranted for the crime. Too many parents are far too lax where their children are concerned. They buy them bikes and then say 'see you're in by supper time', if even that.
All our laws have to be changed and then enforced. As it stands right now the entire fabric of societies are breaking down.
Well I guess Spot will soon be all over me.

Well I guess Spot will soon be all over me. So true and this is something the PM is going to have to tackle if he wants to win the next election. His opposition seemed to be making it an issue as the country is sick to death of the youth crime here. Some parents just won't accept their kid is trouble. The parents of the youth in my case bleated that he was mistaken for his mate even though the mates told the court it was him. There is no 'accountability' any more. The vile spawn of these brain-dead parents are just not accountable to any-one because of our PC laws. These kids are not accountable to their parents, the school, the police or even themselves.
I am not the only one this has happened to. There was another case in the papers yesterday
There again, how is anyone supposed to discipline these kids when as the article says, a police officer punches the air and shouts 'yes' on the verdict in a case full of impressionable youngsters? What an example to set the force? Totally over the top also, it was hardly the Ripper she had just nailed :yh_rotfl She also 'gave wrong imformation under oath to the court'. hmm you can work out for yourself what that particular piece of journalistic writing means???
As for Spot being all over you?............. Spot should be so lucky :yh_rotfl

Well I won't defend a bad cop oscar, but in this case she just sounds stupid. Maybe she is just a rookie who is full of herself and a power tripper. I think the opinion that I have come to is that police officers aren't trained properly and are not given the psychological testing that should be given before put on the force. After witnessing some real bad scenarios, and yes talking to many police officers, I have come to feel that a police force should be made up of ex-military personnel who have done repeated terms in war zones.
In one case I know of a female weighing about 110 lbs and standing 5 feet and perhaps 2-3 inches, was pepper sprayed in the eyes, had a black bag put over her head, had her hands cuffed behind her back, and still had some idiot stick her in the head with a needle. This last guy was in plain clothes so I don't know who the hell he was. And 4 big cops surrounded her. This was un-necessary cruelty and was totally uncalled for. In a vancouver airport one immigrant who could not speak English was tazered 4 times and died as the result. There are other cases also but I think those two are sufficient for now.
The above cases show that police are not emotionally or mentally equipped to handle the weapons at their disposal and tend to 'over kill' rather than just subdue a person quickly and quietly. In the case of the female one big soldier could have just picked her up from behind and carried her out regardless of any kicking and yelling she may have done. In the case of the man at the airport an interpreter should have been called in immediately.
Why I say ex-combat military personnel is because they no longer ruffle that easily. Having faced down enemy in a war zone one small female would not be considered a problem and the guy at the airport would have simply been held there, with a sock to the jaw if necessary, until an interpreter could be found. His mother was on the way to meet him so his death was completely uncalled for.
I will defend the fact that they cannot go against the laws in manhandling youngsters, but I won't defend a bad, stupid, or cruel police officer, or tactics that fall into this category.
Yes her behaviour set a real bad example to all the youth in attendance and to any that hear and read of it. The judges decision also set a very bad example in giving you a fine and not severely reprimanding the youths and their parents. The judge showed himself to have as little concern for the memorial and what it means as the kids did. The judge also should be reprimanded in my opinion.
As far as Spot, :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl, you know what I meant.:yh_rotfl

Will we see oscar joins tory party someday? Well, for once i'm serious. If Gordon doesn't address this, it could cost him. The mood of the country is changing over this and i believe it's one of the biggest issue's he's needs to tackle. The Tories as you know jumped all over me as a show-case for our dumb police state. The shock BNP win in Sevenoaks is another sign that the public are sick of it and are turning to the far right in desperation.
There was another in the Mail saturday and this poor man had his life ruined by 13 yr old thugs. They actually attacked him and beat him up. As the officer was taking his statement, he said to the guy 'You do know they'll accuse you assault don't you'? And sure enough they did. He went from being the victem to the accused dispite having a black eye, split lip etc because he had no witnesses and there was four of them. I'm not suggesting for a minute that the police stop listening to these kids but it is about 'Common sense'. As with my case, the police knew the gatherings at the war memorial was a serious problem. I remember right after my trial, some police spokesidiot went on tv and said 'But we've only had fifteen 999 emergency calls to the memorial in this year'. Well, hello...... in my reckoning, that's one emergency call by the public every three weeks or so.
Only due to the media attention i got, people to this day still contact me and my case is not a one off..... it's happening all over the country.
I think in the police force, you get good officers as well as the idiots and the good one's just find their hands are tied with these feral kids. The local 'Top Tory Totty' wants to see parents benifit stopped electronically if their offspring is caught in the street drinking under age etc.
Bloody hell gmc..... it's enough to make you vote Tory..... second thoughts, it can't be that bad can it? :wah:
As far as Spot, :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl, you know what I meant.:yh_rotfl I myself didn't think much of her behaviour except the 'Gave wrong imformation under oath' :sneaky: but she did it in front of a public gallery full of war veterans which distressed them. I better not comment on the judge at this point :wah: I didn't get a fine..... It was £400 court costs but as soon as it hit the papers after the trial, an anon business man paid it for me along with a few more 'donations' towards them.
What our police seem to lose sight of, is that although they work to government targets, they do not work for the government and the government has screwed our policing up by giving them performance related targets. They are paid by the local authorities by tax paying public and it should be the public they serve and not the government. If they are called to an incident involving feral kids even in the act of criminal damage, there is no common sense because the officer see's a quick coller and a notch on her truncheon. On the other hand, we have a system that see's most assault cases even violent one's being handed a caution and never coming before the courts. I'm in no doubt that had i have been beaten up that day, the youths would have got a caution and not even been taken to court.

Thanks Cloddy
I haven't posted much of what is about to happen but some lobbying with other 'victems' is about to cause a stink as we want to stop this nonsense. There are just too many cases where police are called out to these yobs time and time again, nothing is done and the moment a member of the public has a run in with them, the police are looking for a coller.
Hope it all works out well.
