Nana Naps who takes them?

Okay I'll admit it I'm tired and looking at my bed with dark rings under my eyes ....but the kids will be home soon and I have to pick up some muscles to shell and bottle ..............but the bed looks soooo comfy !!!I need a nana nap .....I know I need one the bed is calling ....."meg!! meg!!! lie beneath my sheets.....you know you want to "......bugger it's beginning to win out I'm afraid.

So who else gets to that stage of the day and needs a Nana Nap?

I've been home a huge amount lately since Mr O found out about his illness again and anytime is nap time for me. Call it what you like...... it's all bliss :-6:-6

Yes ..........yes it is :wah: What gets me, is i don't sleep at night and never have. I have a combination of Amiltriptylene, tamazam and Lozoprazam every night and enough to kill grown men. Yet there are still nights when i wake up three hours later. Come 3 in the afternoon, I could sleep for England :-5

I think they came up with that because it was to dang hot to move to do anything other than sleep. :yh_rotfl

no, no nana naps for me.

If I'm tired and lay down in the bed, I'm a goner for the night. I love to listen to talk shows on the radio and just drift away for the night.

Last night, I was so tired that I layed down at 5 to listen to the radio. I fell asleep for the whole night just waking up once in a bit for a few minutes.

Oy vey, no nana naps for me:wah:

I draw the living room blind which is a dark-out blind, get me blankie, cuddle up on the couch , watch whatever movie is on Women`s channel and slowly drift off!

On the rare occasion when I get a nap, I sleep better in that half hour than I do all night.

I don't do Nanna Naps.

I have enough trouble sleeping at night.

I don't need a rest in the day or I would never sleep.
