i think you are right about ken but frank seems to me to be a great guy

You are right........Frank is not as bad as Ken (Did you know Frank was adopted?)

I just never liked their arrogance........

But all and all I think Frank is the better fighter. I recorded the fights last night and have not watched yet........So don't know who won but Nick Diaz is a tough cookie too........

i have a signed glove by frank ...mma has evolved now frank and ken are like me relics from the past

to be good at thai boxing or ground fighting is no longer good enough you have be good at everything now
