Thankyou qsducks here is a simple recipe using soup which we love!

CHICKEN AND LEEK BAKE

Ingredients:

20z butter

2 sticks celery, sliced

4 cooked chicken breasts cubed

2 pkts of crisps(cheese and onion or plain)

4oz chedder cheese grated.

and stir fry for a couple of minutes.

Service with side salad and hot garlic

STOVE TOP Easy Cheesy Chicken Bake

Prep Time: 10 min

Total Time: 40 min

Makes: 6 servings







1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix for Chicken

1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 bag (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup milk

1-1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese



PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside.

MIX chicken and broccoli in 13x9-inch baking dish. Stir in soup, milk and cheese; top with the stuffing.

Grilling 3 beautiful NY strip steaks, a caesar salad & potatoes grilled. Think I will make the potatoes with some Lipton onion dried soup mix:-4 with a hint of Rosemary.

All Your meals sound yumeee !!!

Have any of you tried this recipe I cook it at home as well as work and is really quick and easy!

That sounds good:-4 especially the roast potatoes. Quin has a game at 5:30pm so I'll have to prep everything by 3pm.

I had wild sockeye salmon, spinach, and sweet potato with caesar salad. For dessert I had homemade kiwi ice cream. :D

I got one of those homemade ice cream contraptions for a wedding gift...we used it 3 times...not bad but a pain in the butt.:-5

McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning marinating on a nice flank steak, served with roasted red bliss potatoes with zucchini & red pepper slices, onions, garlic & rosemary & olive oil. I have 4 chairs available.:)

I love potatoes in whatever dish is served.:-4 I eat enough chicken at home, so may go for either a beef or shrimp concoction.
