Yeah, ok. L is coming home soon & I have to get off and do the family chores, etc. I think even Quin could have designed a brekkie cereal commercial:wah:. Hubs took L & J to the game last night but the weather was awful and they ended coming up after th 6th inning.:-5

I caught a bit of American Idol... I wasn't surprised at all who got eliminated, though. I thought they should just eliminate everyone but two, to be honest... get this thing over with already! :wah:

There is another prog on here called 'Hells Kitchen'. I used to hate it because it had 'Gordon Ramsey' who is another British arrogant knob but this year it's got a chef called 'Marco Pierre White'. Very nice :wah:

I have watched AI maybe 3 times in my life. But my fave shows are on tonight...Survivor & Grey's Anatomy.

I was absolutely cringing.... especially when the coloured girl was trying to explain to the ad execs what 'put your pants on' meant :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl The colour of the pack was just puke as well. I thought the northern guy would go as well. The moaning whinging girl who went had a face like a smacked arsse. :yh_rotfl

this made me think of my nana when we were little and she was describing my aunt (who they had adopted and is quite close to me in age) so my nana said to this person,, have you seen her? she has really jet black hair and iis a bit dark skinned:-2:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl my mam said,, omg mother she is black,, she cant get any blacker ,, we are looking for a black girl with very long hair:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl I remember my mother used to get quite annoyed at why her mother wouldnt come out and say it ,, but maybe now im thinking she didnt know what to say?:thinking:

I work with a Jamaican lady and she informs me you refer to her as Black as thats the colour of her skin, she isnt coloured?? Thats how she explained it to us. She would be offended if we said coloured. Im sure years ago we were told not to say Black...Times change I suppose..

I watched Hell's Kitchen and Marco is ruining it, Kaz is right its like a bloody soap opera and I wish he wouldnt shout everything 7 tmes over, he didnt last year:sneaky:
