North Korea now 'fully fledged nuclear power' - Telegraph

www.telegraph.co.uk wrote:

"North Korea has nuclear weapons, which is a matter of fact," said Mohamed ElBaradei, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, speaking in Beijing.

He added: "I don't like to accept any country as a nuclear weapon state but we have to face reality."

Mr ElBaradei said there are now nine countries in the world with the capability of launching a nuclear missile. His comments echoed a report by a Pentagon task force chaired by James Schlesinger, the former US defence secretary. The task force admitted that "North Korea, India and Pakistan have acquired both nuclear weapons and missile delivery systems".

So, who are North Korea going to attack first with their shiny new bombs, then?

Nobody - why should they?

Which countries did India, Pakistan or Israel attack when the first acquired nuclear weapons?

Why should any country attack another with then knowing that they would themselves be immediately bombed out of existence if they did?

They won't attack anyone, unless they have a bad day.

N. Korea is essentially a blackmail state, that lives by extorting money and aid from its neighbours and other powers to keep it quiet, its old trump card was the massed artillery it has collected around the Capital of S Korea (Seoul), now it has a much more useful card to play, which is the possibility of attacking a northern Japanese city in the near future.

Expect the glorious leader to be demanding lots more goodies from China and the US in the coming years, including new additions to his massive collection of pornography.
