Yep, just the thing they need to get themselves elected. This next election is theirs to lose.

I'm slightly hopefull as Cameron seems to think it's a bad idea.
What a pathetic statement by the Tory Tosser.... we should not ban fox hunting because 'it's not fair'. Boo Hoo Hoo
I swear to to god, if there is so much as a whiff of this happening, i will rally the biggest protest on Westminster they have ever seen. I have spent years getting it banned in the first place.
I would imagine that they will lose a hell of alot of votes over this.

There is absolutely not reason to hunt like like this in this country.

Oscar, you are doing the foxes a big favor and protecting them against those who would do this to them. Disgusting comes to mind when I hear about this news.

When the Labour Government banned it under Tony Blair, i believe that it was the one time that the government truelly listened to the people. Most folks are sickened by it. I've said it before but i have no problem with a farmer shooting a fox humanely if it's a threat to lambing etc. It is the way they are hunted that sickens me.
I was with my foxes last night and i stood there looking at them frolicking about and just thinking about harm coming to them makes me want to inflict injury to this idiot who wants to bring it back.

Now, can you protect your foxes from this stupid decision?

My own foxes are fairly safe as they are urban foxes although we are quite rural here. The hunts are usually in deep countryside.
Having said that, the authorities are supposed to kill a fox every month to keep numbers down but they are now taking one a week.
We never tell anyone that we have them or what time they arrive just in case.

Mr O came in one night this week and said 'Your friends are queued up outside the door'. I went out there and there was three lying there like dogs all cuddled up to each other :-4 :wah: Sometimes the pack leader will go missing for a few nights and i so worry that he's been hurt or hit by a car. I've been feeding him for 7 years now. I've noticed he's getting old as well, he seems very slow these days. You don't feed an animal every night for 7 years without getting attached and i just love him so much. When i talk to him, he looks me straight in the eye. :-4

We have tried over the years to not touch them so they don't lose their wild instincts and also try to not get sentimental over them by giving them names but it's hard not to seeing them every night for years. They are in beautiful condition with no mange but i did see one limping last night so i'll have to keep an eye on her.
