Okay, I know it's virgin on the ridiculous, but I just joined facebook and now I don't know what to do with it.

I've befriended some family and friends....but now what?

Any suggestions??? :rolleyes:

Also...what does 'poke' mean? :sneaky:

How/ where do you find the games? :rolleyes:

Can you send 'presents'? How? :-3

What else do people do with it? :-3

Ooooh you don't want to be having to do with that, it's evil is Facebook. ForumGarden's bad enough without all the rest of it.

well all my family from afar are on it.....so good way to keep in contact...the games are good......I dont read the crap peolple go on about and I am careful who i accept for a friend.. I have had no trouble on it.....Ally and I play school vandals on it :sneaky:

oh ok:D like i say,, its just personal preference i think ,, i just use msn to talk to any family or freinds i might not see much:D I remember it did have a lot of games ,,i spose i just didnt get into it really.

I use face book to keep in contact with the people I went to college with who are now at Uni's all over the UK.

I used to like Facebook, but have grown tired of all the dating applications and nutters :rolleyes:

Im with kay u only do wot u want to do on there i keep in toch with my boys overseas and friends i dont see very often.You dont have to accept all the other crap just ignore it.:-6

yea i have heard loads of people use it to keep in touch with people

Yeah, I haven't contacted the ones whom I've thankfully got rid of! :wah:

I wouldn't allow any children from my school in and in fact we've now been warned to have no contact with children from our school or their families, as it has led to complications in the past.

I was on facebook for about a year before I figured out how much fun it can be. I am afraid that I am one of those people that Spot warned you about....I've found old school friends, including my "heart-throb- Rob"....I haven't laid eyes on this guy for over 23 years...was goo goo gah gah over him back in the day and guess what.....well, we are good friends while he goes through a really nasty divorce!

There are family members and friends on there for me to catch up and keep caught up with too, just today I watched a video of my cousin's baby dancing in his walker type thinga-ma-bobber!---it was AWESOME!

To each his own--and I like facebook nowadays, I also keep in touch with some of my fg buddies on there to....for instance: today (May 9) is Pinky's b-day!! :-4
