What makes you happy when you get up?

For me it's waking up, getting out of bed, opening the curtains and seeing the sun blaring outside. That always makes me feel really happy in the morning, and ready for the day ahead. What about everyone else???

I get up in a good mood. It's a decision I made moons ago and now it's a habit.

coffee makes me happy...lots and lots and lots of coffee...it makes me type faster too!

Lately I like waking up to rain. It means the day won't be glaringly hot, and that makes me happy.

Saturday morning makes me happy to wake up, because I can sleep in until 6. All other mornings I have to get up at 5 or earlier. But I can sleep until 6 on Monday!

Waking up at the weekend knowing I havn't got to work...it's a bonus if the sun is shining.

Waking up tomorrow will be the happiest day for ages because I am going to see my beloved brother for 3 days..... we only see each other once a year.

I love when I wake up and open my eyes and am staring directly into the huge evil green eyes of my kitty Louise. She likes to sit on my chest and put her face nose to nose against mine when she's all out of food. It's always so funny when I get over the shock. It's good to start the day with a laugh.

Reminds me of when my kids were little and they used to creep into bed and snuggle up ....precious memories.
