What would y ou change your name to if you could change it?

-my nickname now is Pebbles(red hair) I would change mine to jasmund

Jasmund is a really pretty name.

I hate my name......so I might change it to Melinda.

Really funny .. over here they have this thing called a roepnaam..= the name you are known by..

So when you fill in a job application or a form for anything you are asked your given name . family name and the name you are known by .

This sometimes has no resemblance to the given name at all its often a family pet name or nickname but is recognised as the name you wish to be known by.

I want to name my next child (if it's a girl ) Rhiannon, the Welsh goddess...............So I suppose that's what I would pick for myself.

Nah, wouldn't change my name either. I did pick out my oldest daughter's name as I've always loved the name Laura. I also picked out both my daughter's confirmation names...Celeste & Rose.:-4

If you'd asked me when I was a kid, I would have changed my name in a heartbeat, to something normal like the other kids' names. But now, I wouldn't change it. I've never met another person with my name and now instead of being mercilessly teased about it, I'm told I have a pretty name.
