Strange, I never had a problem with it before. I think it was more the dust than the grass.

I may be placing another order soon. :sneaky: I hope to have the lawn in order in a week or so. That is a big hope.

my back grass was so long as Mike didn't do it before he left....that was hell on my back still now, 6 days later.

now I will cut both once a week

could have been the dust.

It's my own fault most of it anyway. There are so many things that are done differently at my new store then they were at my last. Hard to break old habits I guess. Most of the people on the crew are wonderful at answering any questions I might have but the stuff the manager needs to know can only be answered by the manager who was off for the holidays.

He is patient with me..so far anyway. :-3

Ok, so I get the word that I get 80 hours of vacation time this year. I have been plotting this one out for some time now. If I work Sunday, I can take Tue. thru Thurs. off as vacation days and then take my normal Fri. and Sat. off as well. Makes for 6 days off and I have only used 32 of my vacation hours right?

So off to work I go with this as my plan. I walk in. Manager is in his office and I peek in and say Larry, Is my current schedule one that is pretty much what it will remain as? He looks at me and says yes and no. Ummmm yes and no? So now my plan has a glitch. Now how to rephrase the question. I step back into the office and explain what my thoughts are about my plan to him. He gives me that look,

you know the one. Total confusion fits well. His comment...Write it out and leave it on my desk. Now how confusing was my plan? Pretty simple to me. Guess it will just take some time for him to wrap his mind around it. I sure don't plan on taking all 80 hours at the same time. I could always do what a guy did at my old store. He took one day a week as a vacation day and did that for 10 weeks. Now that was a loo loo of a plan. :yh_rotfl

you always have to right up your vacation schedule to make sure it doesn't conflict with others.

I remember mine. Barely got him to come home for meals and when he did, he would ask if a friend could eat with us. I seldom minded if I had made enough.

yeah, the summer months are like a take out place here:wah:, I make the meals but they are never here for dinner except on the weekends.:wah:
