I love foxes and miss them as we dont get them here the way we did when I lived in Surrey.

I think if people moan about urban foxes they only have themselves to blame our throwaway society means there is always an easy food source available for them.

To be honest though wouldnt people rather have foxes than rats?

To be honest though wouldnt people rather have foxes than rats? I adore them Victoria. I have spent a large part of my life rampaging through the countryside threatening death to the gentry and the ban on fox hunting was a fantastic achievement for thousands of people.

Mass building on greenbelt here means they have been driven down to the grounds of the school next to our home and i feed a pack every night. Many get killed on the roads trying to cross the main road to the land fill site and we often go to their rescue.

It's funny, i have some children here with me this week that have have been brought up to believe that foxes are evil by pig ignorant folk who listen to the myths. They have been coming out late at night with me to feed them and were shocked at how timid they are and utter suprise to see a domestic car sharing a meal with 6 of them.
