That depends how you look at it or how you budget Lon.

For some people it could be a bottle of wine that they cant really afford but decide they deserve it after working hard all week, hence treating them selves.

I have a Pedicure and a my nails done every 2 weeks. I love Chocolate Ice Cream so I limit my intake to once a week.
