Ducky's Irish Holiday 2009

Hello Everyone,

:yh_shamrk As some of you may know, our Ducky and family have been in Ireland since June 13th. She'll return home this Saturday.:yh_shamrk

I called her on her cell phone and felt that she was right next door. Our connection was clear as a bell.

She and family are having a wonderful time and loving Ireland.

They landed in Shannon and made their way up to Donegal to a wee town called Creechlough, Donegal. This town is where her husband's family originated. It is way up in the north of Donegal. Jayus...if he's from Donegal, he must be my cousin :p

From Donegal, they've travelled to parts of Galway, Clare, and now they're in Kerry. I love Killarney and advised her to do A LOT of shopping and pub crawling to all the fun pubs there that have traditional Irish music.

I'll post some pictures in the next post that she's sent to me via cell phone. Hope she sends more pictures. Her hubs is taking loads of pictures, so I'm sure she'll post more when she returns home.

Sure and begorra, she'll be coming home with a Kerry brogue now:D

Hi Kaylene,

I don't know what happened to the original photobucket images. I've reposted them and hope they're ok. If not, I'll try to repost from my computer "pictures."
