'Pray for my children' pleads Tooting arson attack mum (From Wandsworth Guardian)
15 year old Maliha died of her injuries.
My niece is very upset about this, the girl who died went to her school.
There is to be a service of remembrance on wedensday for the school pupils.
Two boys aged 14 and 15 have since been arrested..I cant understand how children so young are so filled with hate that they would do something like this.

Are you saying it was a racially motivated attack?
It's a bad business, anyway.

Oh Victoria,
What an awful story. We have such evil people living amongst us. If a child is evil at 15 yrs. I can't even imagine what they'll be like as adults.
Such a tragedy:mad:

You said you can't understand how children are filled with such hate.
My apologies for repeating myself on your thread but my 16 yr old nephew is in custody awaiting trial for murder with another 16 yr old and a 14 yr old. The murder was extremely brutal and sustained. It's very hard to understand what drives a child to do such terrible things but when it is your sisters kid, you will be left forever wondering where your own flesh and blood found that hatred and violence along with such little regard for others lives.
I have to say that even though it's my sister, i can only blame the parents.
I visit my nephew in prison only because his girlfriend and baby have to have a chaperone with them because they are so young. I don't feel the same way about him and i find it stifling to sit there with him for two hours each time knowing the full extent of the mans injuries. One time i was there, the other 16 yr old co-defendent was on another table about four tables away with his visitors. My nephew and him seemed more interested in making signals to each other and winking and laughing, that i got up and walked out of the visit after 20 minutes.
I am as much at a loss as to why children do these things as you are.

As yet the reasons for the attack are unknown ...does it matter if it was racial or not?
To set fire to someones house knowing they are inside is unthinkable for any normal decent human being.

It doesn't matter if it's racially motivated or not, it is the most henious crime.
There has been many arson attcks where children have died in their homes and it's been white on white. Why does everyone jump to the conclusion it has to be race orientated?

If you think I formed that conclusion, then you should learn to read.

It was only a question (unanswered) - just exploring possibilities.
