If you have ever suffered the misery of being burgled, then look at the pics of what this 72 yr old man did to his burgler.

Fantastic stuff however i'm surprised plod didn't seize the opportunity to tasar Frank and arrest him for assault.

problem is here...if you attack someone....then you are charged....extremely difficult to prove it was done in self-defense.

its the same as if someone breaks into your house and you shoot him, you are then charged.

Oh how very true. As i said in my opening post, it's a wonder Frank was not charged with assault.

Good on Frank is right on! If you shoot a burgler here in the states...it's self defense...they don't charge you with a crime.

Another three cheers for John Simmons. How often do people feel sorry for the perpetrator and the victim becomes the bad guy to be punished! We live in a mad society.

Yep. Me too. It's crazy that people want to help and support criminals ad nauseum but the victims are ignored or victimised. It's great to see a little bit of common sense. :-6
