Yep...doggies woke me up early again. Codys cough seems a bit better, but I'm gonna call the vet when they open in about 10 minutes...then probably back to bed for awhile.

yes it is my cane, so quit hitting me with it, you might dent it and it's so pretty (I mean me)! :yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl

Yes there's Sophie...but no dog will take over as my #1 from my Cody...and Lacey is about as close a #2 as one can get. Cody has really helped me thru some hard times...it's like he reads my emotions and can tell when I need a hug (yes he does that) or just a really good snuggle. He is "momma's baby boy". :-4:-4

Ok...this is my thread and I'm gonna use it...I need to vent!!! Sleep test results show sleep apnea. In just under 4 hours I stopped breathing 36 times...plus my blood oxygen levels drop while sleeping, so when I get the next test using the machine, they'll hafta determine if I also need oxygen while sleeping!! My irregular heartbeat is still driving me crazy, I hope wearing the heart monitor will help show more info so that I can get something to help regulate it. I'm hoping to find out Thursday if I'll need more back surgery and 2 more fusions from the bulging disk and torn disk...both of which are leaking. Meanwhile the dogs are sick and Jessi still needs her tonsilectomy. I still have tons to take care of since Grant died and I don't know how I'm supposed to get all that done too!!! OMG! It's just getting to be way to much and I feel like I'm on the verge of a freaking nervous breakdown!!!! How much more am I supposed to deal with???? Sometimes I just soooooooooooooo want to just give up. :-1:-1:-5:-5

on a serious note, yes, you have had just way to much to contend with on your own..........I think once you have the sleep apnea machine, this to shall pass.

as we have already discussed, we pretty much know the outcome of your back situation......have Jessi's tonsils removed first...then you can help her..

....then later, have your back surgery........so she can help you and your eldest daughter.

The dogs are fine......they will get over this......

on a lighter note, you can't give up, what would you do without me?:yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl

I am so hoping this machine will help me, I know if I sleep better things should seem a little easier.

Yeah, we know the order everything needs to be done in, but there are still so many other BIG things I have to do and I have to find a couple of good attorney's for those. It's just a bit overwhelming at times. Megans coming over tomorrow too to help with cleaning up the house some. The doc today told me that my breathing while I'm sleeping is down to 8-10 breaths per minute...no wonder why my oxygen levels drop! DUH!

I don't know what I'd do without my odie. :-4

I believe from everything you had told me, this machine is the answer, and you do need more sleep, and a better sleep routine......going to bed say at 11 and having good 8 hours sleep, will make you feel better, this will also stop the heart palpitations......as when someone is sleep deprived, you nerves are shot, you cannot think straight, stress also takes over to be much more than it is etc.

and.......stop smoking so much!:-4

- you need to get a regular schedule for your sleep, and once this machine helps you........you will be much much better.;):-4

doesn't matter the times...........

I usually am in bed by midnight......alarm clock is set each day for 7:30 am, even though I am not working, I stick to that schedule.......anything other I wake up really depressed and cannot function.;)
