This was a hate crime.
Im glad the judge saw that , it makes no difference who carries it out hate crime is hate crime.
The sooner more judges realise that the law must be equally applied the better.

I remember a similar statement by Australia's Prime Minister some time back. In this pc world of ours, even our Judges are so cautious of upsetting the ethnic groups. I was delighted to read the Judges comments here so why can't our government take the same stance?
