i saw a tv programme the other night and it looks really great

i have a bad foot which may mean i jave to do it via mountain bike but sept next year i fancy doing this

any one want to join me or ridicule me on the way

i'll have you know i ride 10 miles every day on my mountain bike...sue had to come pick me up last week though ,she said where are you you ,i said how the hell should i know,she said what does it say on the sign post ,i said bracknell 70 miles away

I used to run until my Dr told me to run double the distance. I was alway's ringing up Mr O to come and get me because i had twice as far to walk home.

I wanted to do something that got me slightly out of breath so i smoked more.

Running and bike riding i find difficult. It's so hard not to drop your kebab on route and you keep spilling your beer.
