Do you have a nickname or an old school one?
Does your partner have a nickname for you?
Did you have a nickname at school?
Have you given some-one a nickname?
( No Nomad.... Mr O is not Mr Bubbles)

I remember this subject coming up before so thought you'd enjoy reading through these past threads. Cheshire Cat comments on one of these threads, which is quite a sad memory.

Taking this thread completely off track (sorry
) but I've often wondered why, when the forum was updated, Cheshire Cat's name was deleted from my friends list?
I can't get her name back again and I'd like to have it in memory of her.
Does anyone else still have Cheshire Cats name on their friends lists?
If not, can we all have them back?
Deleting her name feels like saying she's no longer part of FG and she SO is imo.
Thankyou.

Lol. I know you can't help with CC hunny, but I thought if any mods were reading this thread (or even Tombstone if he ever passes this way) they might be able to shed some light or help out in some way. Thanx.

:-4 Beloved Cheshire.
Oscar, Chonsi was an obscure character from the novel M*A*S*H. It was this swaggering old upper echelon military dude, I guess I was the leader of the pack. I was brave enough to go around singing the theme somg from the movie, which was a suspensionable offense at the time, and wore peace dog tags and all I could get away with at a private school. Oh, my teachers were patient with me back then. They never believed me when I got a full scholarship for a good university, I was such a pain to them. :wah:

The mention of Cheshire Cat made me go and look and you're right, she's off my friends list too. Her home page also shows her as having no friends as well which seems sad. :-1
Maybe use the 'contact us' button at the bottom of the page and ask Tombstone direct if he can do anything about it Rapunzel.

It was not a deliberate action, there was a corruption of the database that lost some data and, unfortunately, many of the entries in the friends lists disappeared.
Given that the data no longer exists giving it back is not possible.
Especially sad when it involves Cheshire Cat

Thankyou Betty and Bryn and Chonsi
:):)
Bryn, as Chonsi still has CC on her friends list is it possible to transfer her to our lists too? Or can her password be overwritten so we can rejoin her friends list?
If you can't then I understand but I just miss seeing Lela's name on my list and remembering her.
