Sorry to hear that. Hope you're not feeling too bad. Bit ironic as well, since I was just reading that the infection rate has apparently dropped.

Well at least you can be rest assured that 'piggy flu' is a very mild form of flu unless you have other mitigating illnesses ...............then you're in trouble.

You'll be right !!!:D I wish I had of had the piggy flu rather than the one I came down with.

oh no, poor little guy.

ant-biotics can take up to 72 hours to kick in.

do you have a humidifier running in his room? this will help him to breath better.

So what is everyone's thoughts about the reports coming in that some are developing a lethal form of a neurological disorder after receiving the H1N1 vaccine? IF the pandemic starts, and I pray it doesn't, killing a lot of people worldwide will you still receive or let your children receive the vaccine?

Am i at the tail end of it now, been a miserable 8 days i can tell you. Had myself a little chest infection in the middle of it all just to add to the misery.

The doctor did tell me that i should feel a little better having it now rather than the second wave.

I threw the Tamiflu in the bin after three doses, that stuff was a nightmare.

A lot of people will refuse the jabs i am sure. Remember back in the 1976 swine flu outbreak more people died of the jab than the flu.

Have to just wait and see what happens i suppose.
