yeah the next day is usual worse, now comes the soreness for a few days.

My sleep schedule is still all screwed up...but time should change that. Slept good with the mask again. Back is still really sore, but they did tell me to give it 7 days....so I won't leap to any conclusions until I see how I'm feeling then! :-6

that's what I meant, how are you 'actually sleeping' since the mask, awesome that it now helps.

I'd give it more than 7 days as you will be sore for that long.

I think I'm sleeping better. I don't go to bed til I know Jessi is home for the night, so I don't take my meds til late, then I don't get to sleep til even later. School starts on the 24th, and then hopefully I'll be able to get on a better schedule too.

Well I'm supposed to call the docs office Monday, so we'll see how it is then. :-6

maybe it would help if you set a curfew with Jess...that way it would help you to know when you can take your meds.

I think honestly......you feel just feel the soreness for quite some time before you know if it worked.

unfortunately I've been up for a long time. Jessi had her follow up with the doc from her surgery...she said everything is doing extremely well. Then off to the insurance office to sign some more papers...then gas station for smokes and chocolate milk.

I guess Crystal had her appt today with her doc and they couldn't find a heartbeat after 3 different tries...so they'll be doing a DNC next week.

Long day already and it's only just after 5:00.

It's not so hot here, but it's very humid. The weather is calling for severe t-storms later...i hope we get them!! I love a good storm!! :-6
