Post by Oscar Namechange »

Nothing but inane rubbish on tv so we head for the dvd collection. My choice for tonight is 'Kill Bill'... I just want to see the awesome Uma kick some serious arrse.

Is this my mood? Does this happen to you?

Hang on... I did get a phone call today from the local police Inspector. hmmmmmmm

i think you just like uma;):wah:

mood has nothing to do with movie choice, its just a matter of what sounds good, sometime you want horror, if you just ate maybe action just that simple its a thought process:D

and maybe uma is on the top of your list:yh_rotfl

and maybe uma is on the top of your list:yh_rotfl I have to admit.. Uma is my heroine in the film world. I loved her in Pulp Fiction but she was just so awesome in Kill Bill. The fight sequences are just spectacular and you can't watch them enough. I do hope Tarrentino does a sequel.

My mood does affect what I watch sometimes...just the other night I sat and watched all 3 of the Matrix movies. At night tho I usually watch horror movies. When I'm really down, I tend to watch more sappy movies...or some type of underdog sports movie. When I watch a "hero" type movie, I like the men hero's...just not a Uma fan. I did like her tho in "The Truth About Cats and Dogs".

Lat night Mr O wanted to watch Titanic again. I don't like that kind of movie myself but I endured it again for his sake :wah: I prefer the action movie's myself and tonight I think I'll dig out 'Saving Private Ryan' again.

The fight sequences in Kill Bill are just awesome. I know Uma is an actress but even so, she must have martial arts knowledge to some degree to make it look so convincing, :driving::driving:

It's not all Ninja Shell...... You would prefer Kill Bill 2 where there is very little involved... Just lots of blood and death. :wah:

I wouldn't say Scarey as in 'Blair Witch project' type scarey but It is certainly very tense. Especially after she has wreaked revenged on all and finally finds Bill. That is gripping.

Watch this scene Shell. One Of Bill's assassins bury's her alive in a coffin. This is awesome and my fave part.

The music is brill also.
