I go tomorrow to get my sleep maching read, then go to the sleep doc next wednesday for him to give me the results. I also go to the hospital tomorrow to get my heart monitor...yippee! not! :wah:

Yeah, with my machine, they plug it in and can tell how I'm sleeping from the machine.

I'm not sure if it's the same kind of monitor...better not be cuz there is no way I'm going 30 days without showering or bathing. That 3 days before was bad enough!!

All done with my running for today. Got my lovely heart monitor to wear for 30days...but it's really much better than that other one I had...this one I can disconnect to shower, put new connection pads on every 3-4 days so I won't get so sore and itchy, and new batteries every 7 days...all included. At the end of the 30 days I just put it all in this big envelope and stick it in the mail. What's cool with this one too is that it takes readings at night in case I have an episode and don't feel it cuz I'm sleeping.

Got my C-PAP machine read and it's all good showing just how much I wear it.

Tomorrow I see my shrink and can ask her if she knows why my tastebuds are so screwed up from the meds. But hey, that's good too! I hardly eat cuz everything tastes so blah or not right, which means I'm still not doing my choco milk and ice cream routine every night...less sugar, less calories hopefully equals less weight! :wah:

grrrrrrrr.....It just doesn't stop sis! So I've got this new monitor. Well, everytime I have an "episode" I'm supposed to push the record button, then call a phone number, hold my phone up to the monitor so it transmits the signal like a fax. So, I just had to do it for the first time, and guess what....they couldn't get a good transmition from my cell phone and said I should really be using a land line...do you think they could have told me this BEFORE I got the stupid monitor???? The lady I talked to mentioned going to a pay phone since I have no one close that has a land line I can use. What if it's really late at night? I'm not going to some stupid pay phone! :-5:-5:-5:-5:-5

nap was good...woke up to a puppy bath again tho. Gotta get ready soon, my appointment with my shrink is in an hour!

ordered my land line today...should have it in about a week. Well I didn't get commited to a mental ward, so I guess my appointment went ok. No changes of meds...she thinks the combo of a couple of my other meds along with the pain meds is what is causing me to get hit so hard at night. I think I could go to sleep right now without any meds. :wah:

so if you need to talk, I'll be able to call you and neither of us will have to pay for the call. If you let it ring twice I know it'll be you calling, but you won't get charged cuz the call doesn't go thru. That'll be our code. :wah:
