Last year I lost a bet and some friends got to pick out costumes for myself and my boyfriend. I was Arab prince and he was my harem girl. I'm not sure we can beat that this year. I think this year my costume will be Loud Drunken Girl at the Bar.

I have a witch costume that I got to wear the first year we took our son trick or treating...I really need to throw it away, but I can't bear to part with it!!! The hat is ragedy and the material on the witches dress is getting pretty thin.

We always go to our friend's house for a huge Halloween party. It's the biggest party we have during the year.

Every year we have about 100 couples attend and the costumes are amazing. Everyone tries to outdo every one else. The last two years we started doing themes. Last year was superheros. I went as the Riddler (glow in the dark costume and all) and my wife went a Catwoman.

The year before last was renaissance, I went as Robin Hood and my wife went as maid marion.:D

Halloween used to be fun, years ago, I can remember dressing up, making the witches outfit for days before hand!

Nowadays no-one dresses up and we all hide in our homes because if the Treat doesn't measure up you get something nasty pelted on your walls, ie eggs, flour or worse! :-5

Ah Halloween. For me and my family personally we don't look forward to it, simply becasue of our neighbourhood. Long gone are the days of kids coming up to ya and trick or treating. Now the whole day is full of pranks and stunts and it ain't a pleasant sight let me tell you!!

Nothing will top last year's costumes. The Boyfriend was a harem girl, I was an Arabian Knight, my friend Lovell was a cardinal, and Jenny was "a virgin." Ah, memories.
