I don't notice it, but I'm hear almost 24/7, so if there is a smell I guess I'd be used to it. It's the turtle tank smelling now, but I don't dare put my hand in there until it's healed...turtles are very dirty creatures. :-5:-5

Broke down and cleaned the turtle tank...couldn't stand the smell and it was permeatming thru the whole house. I'd have to sleep with my window open cuz it was so bad and it's supposed to be in the 30's f tonight. I used my left hand as much as possible, then scrubbed my boo boo's and am letting them air out a bit, then medicine and bandages again. ugh!

Remember it was only 8:50pm here...and if you could have smelled the stench, you'd totally understan why I did it!!! It seems like it got so gross overnight...I think it's cuz mu big girl is shredding so much of her shell. :-5:-5

It got cold last night and is supposed to get colder tonight...I'm just in denial and fight it every step of the way to NOT turn on my heat! :wah:

wonderful, thank you for asking!:guitarist:guitarist

- I no longer eat fats, carbs, red meats and really watching the calories.

eating lean cuisines for dinner, and other low-cal/fat entrees, threw out the butter and I only use one teaspoon of becel a day now.

I love fish, so I am having that also 2X a week.

I'm walking twice a day now and can already feel my clothes looser in less than a week!

just amazing now Kathy just how much energy I have and I feel so much happier in life itself.........this is a good thing.;)

You must be so happy for your accomplishments:-6

I'm going to the beach tomorrow by hook or crook and then going for a long walk......I really need to find time to exercise.... I'll take my bike out also:-6

Thank you, I have done this before, 3X now in my life, so I know exactly how to read labels, and what foods are good and bad.

also at weight watchers, as my mother in law went there years ago, you can eat as many veggies as you want...so I have a fresh veggie along with my weight watchers, Swanson hearty bowls, Healthy Choice, and new lean cuisine 'spa' entrees.........just watch the butter or margaine on those veggies.....3 teaspoons a day is what's aloud.

and I eat a banana each day.

I still have my 2 snacks a day....rice kripsie square or healthy choice puddings or danone 0% fat yogurt......there are tons of low fats snack out there also.

Its hard at my age as I have had to do this sooooooo many times, but it must be done....and I feel like I have accomplished a lot.

and we all need exercise, so have a nice walk or bike ride tomorrow!

I'm off to bed now as its after midnight...sleep well KE!:-4

Yeah, but if you totally deprive your body of what it's craving, there's more of a chance you'll binge on it if you get the chance. Try like I said, just one tiny piece of something a day...it'll take care of those cravings and you won't get fed up with dieting.
