Maybe if the police spent less time meeting la-bour targets and filling reports they might have more time to deal with the yobs in the first place.

Its way too little too late. According to the mail, Britain isnt even a sovereign country anymore. Just another province of the new 'roman empire'. I wonder if they will rebuild Hadrians wall?:-2

I was hoping for some serious debate here and once again you've hi-jacked my thread with Gordon is a Moron. Now stop this or I will come up to Fife land in Scotworld and give you a severe drubbing oh hairy one.
The part of the article I laughed at was GB saying he was going to return to the Blair hard tactics for yob culture that have slid down the list of priorities. It was Blair who let it happen in the bloody first place with his Yooooooof of today under Nooooooooooo labour.
Have you heard of this new system they now have in place here called 'Restorative Justice'?
As you know, my Muslim friends were attacked by two rascist youths very recently. They have appeared in court and one of them is in this new scheme under the order of the court. Last night, ,my friend gave me all the paper-work to read and explain to him and I was shocked to read that according to their bumph, two thirds of all crime in this country are carried out by under 18 year old's. The scheme gives you the options of asking the offender for :
1) A genuine written letter of apology ( yeah right !!)
2) A chance to meet your attacker in the presence of police to ask them questions.
3) The request that your attacker carries out un-paid work for you.
4) The request that your attacker carries out work of your choice in the community.
5) Up dates on the progress of the attacker.
After I'd explained all the options to him, he didn't want any of It. Quite right... who wants the yob who's punched you in the face and called you an effing Paki in your shop working for you ???? !!!
