Another case of No common sense when it comes to our police.
The 15 year old... unless impaired with dwarfism claims this teacher dangled him by the ankle. You only have to look at the 62 year old teacher to see that it would have taken 2 grown men to do that, if not more. Couldn't the police have worked that one out as the court did?

That poor teacher, rotten little Shites like that deserve far worse. I tell ya we have it all backwards with this generation of punks.
I have to say, I volunteered at a schoo for what was deemed "high risk kids" These were kids brought in from the street, kids that had been removed from the regular school system, kids that we deemed unteachable. Most of these kids had severe ADHD, many had extreme anger management issues, and all were rather lost souls of todays society. It was very sad to see. The age I worked with were 14 to 17 years old. Not a word of lie, when these kids got out of control, they were put in a small room about 10' by 5' and the door was closed. If they tried to get out then a teacher held the door closed (no lock) After about 10 minutes of shouting and punching or kicking these kids usually settled down and were allowed back into the lesson....Every classroom had one of these rooms. Interestingly enough as soon as a child was removed from his or hers peers and left to unleash in a safe place they returned and carried on.
In this case the teacher did nothing wrong, he knew he had to remove the kid. Stinking little bass turd took it too far by accusing the teacher. I wonder what his family life is. Geeeze sickening.

I totally agree Minky. It's like the 17 yr old S H I T who threw sones at a 73 yr old woman and then boo hoo hoo'd to the police when she jabbed him in the chest with her finger.

It's a little similar to a case of where a middle age woman throws a yobs bike in the road but then tells police she actually lifted it high above her head and threw it over 3 parked cars into outer space when she was on diazapam for a bad back. Why would he even attempt that after a career with an explemplary track record? Why don't the police wake up to cases like this? And why has the rascist brat not been charged with Racial hatred?

I couldn't find anything the police did wrong. They had a complaint, They had to do what they are told to do by your society and laws. The courts found him guilty not the police. I think your courts need some overhauling when they can side with brats and find perfectly able teachers guilty of trying to teach in an environment conducive for teaching.

For one, In this country, If you own a business, you have a legal right to evict a disruptive or abusive customer If they refuse to leave your premisies by 'reasonable force'. The same could have applied in this classroom. The police should have looked at the man's blemish free career, the nature of the brats behaviour and what is so obviousley the blatent lie of the teacher dangling him from the window. They should then have applied some good old fashioned common sense and not brought this before the Crown Prosecution. It smacks again of these yobs being able to behave as they like and then go whinging to the authorities when they are brought to task by decent law abiding folk.

I totally agree that the courts should have thrown it out. I will also never say that police should ignore complaints from youths but the police work to Government targets here and i'm suspicious that it was just another target for the wooden top who arrested him.

What is needed is for the teaching unions to get some backbone and turn round and tell the councils they will back teachers who refuse to teach disruptive pupils with strike action if necessary. teachers are not social workers while they are dealing with problem jids all the rest are suffering. My wife works in what was a failing school-first thing the headmaster they brought in to sort it out did was expel all the troublemakers. previously it had been policy that no one can be expelled. Even kids that assaulted teachers got away with it on one occasion a teacher called the police himself over the objections of the head. used to be you had special education classes for some pupils they were cut to save money. Now 30% of the first year can't actually read and write-they need special help. A school should be able to turn round and refuse point blank to accept a pupil in some cases. What is the point ion having someone illiterate at secondary school.
Pupils know there is nothing that can be done if they misbehave and all the intelligent ones get fed up and start joining in or winding up the thickos to watch the fun. -although curiously enough the older ones looking at job prospects start to impose control on the more disruptive ones eventually. Most of the kids are OK it's just the few get away with it.

I'll add to this that I believe there should be more come-back on the youths. It does not appear here that there was any Investigation into the yobs racial hatred or refusal to stop when told. Nor the fact that he lied to police. In cases like this, I'm in favour of mediation between the yob, the teacher, a Govenor and the parents before calling in the police. It appears in this case that the court showed the yob lied through his back teeth to police... that's perverting the course of Justice is it not?
