It's that time of year again. So I've specifically put a thread for all the endeavours we go through at this time of year.

You know the ones. rude people in the shopping centres/malls, traffic on Christmas day, being snowed in, flys and heat.....The list goes on.

I'll tell you one, Yesterday in Aldi I was trying to get through an aisle and a woman was behind me. She didn't have a trolley so I let her pass. (thinking I was being polite) and automatically saying "sorry" ...........You know what she said? "SO YOU SHOULD BE!!!!" I'm like ..WTF? and my mouth dropped open, and another man standing by raised his eyes at me and just shock his head in disgust at the woman.

should have taken the backs of her shoes off with my trolley:-5:-5

I have not set foot in a shop yet and wont until Christmas is all over.

All pressies have been bought online.

I like Christmas, i like christmas shopping, i like all the hype and hassle :wah: I do steer clear of the shops once it gets too close to christmas mainly as i dont really like standing in long queues and i do most of my food shopping online which is being delivered tomorrow. Hubs is picking up the meat and veggies tomorrow also. All my gifts are bought and wrapped so im all set really:) I went to town yesterday with my daughter and we went and got our nails done and then went and had hot chocolate and cake, it was packed, people were dawdling, getting in each others way, etc, my daughter decreed all really old people didnt have to work and so had all year to go shopping and should stay home at this time!!:eek::yh_rotfl:yh_rotfl(she was joking,,,, sort of:sneaky::wah:) i said just duck and dive, dodge and weave, dont stress and enjoy the day, smile its Christmas:D

Should have put my stolen snow shovels on this thread.........I'm off to Home Depot in an hour to replace them.
