Considering the phasic nature of any society, or societies, including the deposed hierarchy, what would the "world" expect from any "one" man at this point in time?
Please, consider the question, and answer intelligently.

What does the world expect from Obama?
Unreasonable expectations I think.
It seems, rightly or wrongly, that most people of the world have been let down by our former (deposed) executive branch of government.
When i consider what I personally expect from this president in ending these two current wars, marijuana legalization, reduction in prison population, reasonably priced and available health care for all Americans regardless of income, jobs, jobs, jobs, good hair stylists and on and on, I realize I'm only one white American male. Add to me the other 304,059,723 Americans alone or 6,692,030,276 world population and their expectations and WOW!
While the function of the U.S. President is to concern him/herself with foreign affairs and national security mainly, I believe Obama is making a smart decision to focus mostly on domestic issues for now. It works better for my agenda.
President Obama can't even meet my meager wants and needs no less those of the rest of the world. But the idea i guess is to just keep ratcheting up the pressure to be "God" so he will please some through inevitable failure and the rest because we at least need to believe in something during difficult times. He's fulfilling both those goals but more so the second IMO.
Thats about all we can reasonable expect as I see it.

What does the world expect from Obama?
This is actually a really good question. No one else is going to weigh in on It?
ProMo has put himself out there, lets at least make him feel welcomed.

What does the world expect from Obama?
It's OK...
I really didn't expect much of an answer.
After years of contemplation.... no one can answer this.
While I answer it for myself, maybe someone in this group can focus on parts of the question.
Giggling is fun.
Gurgling is less.
If this is the last I see of Forum Garden, I wish you the best.

Why would anyone wish to consider and answer a ProfessionalMoron's question intelligently?

Nothing. He is a puppet, just like every other President since JFK. What the rest of the world is grateful for is that he is NOT GWB! Who by the way, gave America and Americans as a whole a terrible reputation t/o the world. Why is that you ask?
Basically because you cannot seperate Americans from the people they elect to lead them.
But arrogance is something we get accused of alot. It comes down to questions like this.
Why do YOU think Obama can do ANYTHING?
