100 Calorie Snacks

Post by Kathy Ellen »

Does anyone like the new 100 calorie prepackaged snacks that have been the rage here for about a year now?

Some of them are healthy and some are not. You can always make your own snacks of course, but I don't have the time or patience.

I love them and think they're a great idea for something quick and easy. They're better than downing a bag of Wise potato chips:p

Now, I buy a medium tray of cut up fruit and a tray of cut up veggies that will last for a few days and add some 100 calorie snacks to the mix.

Here's my favorites...

Oh, you would love them Rap. They are a fabulous idea. This summer, I had a snack area for my company. It was so much easier as everyone could take individual snacks that they liked instead of opening up a bunch of bags. I also had a panini maker set up and a lazy susan in the fridge so everyone could make their own sammys with the cut up veggies, fruits, chicken, pork, olives and sun-dried tommos.

So the lazy susan is the platter or bread board that spins around?

Or does it include the food too, kinda like a smorgasbord?

Thanks for the help. :)
