I just finished watching the final segment of a six part series produced by the BBC called "Wild China". It was on a DVD and it was outstanding. I thought I knew a little bit about China, but this show was amazing. BBC really does it well. I have seem many docos on China but this by far was the best.

I have to say, the BBC gets a lot of stick, mostly about how its funded and the astonishing amount of money it has at it's disposal. But one thing's for sure it's Drama and Natural History programme making are second to none

When you look at the most vociferous critics you have to wonder if they have the best interests of the viewing public in mind. It's a worry they might succeed in wrecking one of the best peculiarly british thing we have left.
