This is kind of strange.

I went to the dentist this morning to have some work done and had to get a couple of needles for numbing.

It is now over three hours later and it still has not worn off, I mean at all. My lips actually feel even more numb then earlier. It is becoming annoying. :lips:

Hello Mike! I had a crown put in last month. The dentist gave me 2 shots to numb the area. When I got home, my left eye and the left side of my mouth was drooping. I was so scared as it looked like I had a stroke. I immediately called the dentist and was assured it was just a reaction to the shots. It took over 4 hours for the symptoms to go away. Any wonder that I hate going to the dentist? :-5

That's happened to me more than once. My mouth was so numb after one visit that I bit a hole in my lip.

Please don't do that. It's not nice. I hope it wears off soon ;)
