You may be suprised to know that I have a degree of agreement on what you say. Growing up is about pushing the boundaries and finding how much you can get away with. The majority of us bring our children up to know exactly where those boundaries are and the limits on how far you can push. Its a challenge all parents face but one that most of us get right to some degree. I am very proud of my children's achievements and the paths they have chosen and that is a result, I think, of the rules and boundaries I have imposed during their development. I have often halfheartedly joked about imposing restrictions on who is fit to bring children into this world. A very arrogant attitude I know but one which is increasingly difficult to argue against given the appalling and horrific violence witnessed being perpetrated by the children/adolescents of parents who simply do not know, or care what their children are up to once they are outside their"parameters of responsibility" I know of several people who have no right having the ability to bring children into this world

POLK COUNTY FLORIDA SHERIFF GRADY JUDD
An illegal alien in Polk County Florida who got pulled over in a routine traffic stop ended up 'executing' the deputy who stopped him. The deputy was shot eight times, including once behind his right ear at close range. Another deputy was wounded and a police dog killed. A state-wide manhunt ensued.
The murderer was found hiding in a wooded area and as soon as he took a shot at the SWAT team, officers opened fire on him. They hit the guy 68 times.
Naturally, the liberal media went nuts and asked why they had to shoot the poor undocumented immigrant 68 times.
Sheriff Grady Judd told the Orlando Sentinel: 'Because that's all the ammunition we had.' Now, is that just about the all-time greatest answer or what!
The Coroner also reported that the illegal alien died of natural causes. When asked by a reporter how that could be since there were 68 bullet wounds in his body, he simply replied "when you are shot 68 times you are naturally gonna die."

I have always said that the birch should be brought back. None of these scroats like pain, and I firmly believe that the birch would be an excellent deterrent. It would also save a lot of tax-payers' money, in that it avoids custodial sentences.
Oh dear, what have I said? Up jumps Mr and Mrs PC 'human rights'. Psis off you lot of pathetic creeps, and let the sensible people get on with administering punishment which will be effective ! I really believe that bringing back corporal punishment would severely cut in half, those incidents of nasty anti-social behaviour. Such activities would soon be noticed by their absence.

As the majority of these little thugs are nothing but cowards themselves, even the threat of corporal punishment would do the job.
You also find that should any-one dare to approach these scroats and confront their behaviour, the Parents who are worse, come out because you have dared question their off-srings behaviour. From my experience, not all these morons are from the sink estates of benifit claiming single parents. Many come from what seem to be good homes but because Mummy and Daddy have mortagaged to the hilt and live a life on plastic, they have to do three jobs to pay for It, leaving little Rodney to roam the streets, totally un-aware of who he Is with and what he Is doing. Infact, one nasty little scroat I had the misfortune of dealing with turned out that his parents were being Investigated by the Police for threatening and Intimidating their tenant. What hope has the kid got when scum parents behave like that?
As you know, I can speak with experience here. I watched a young lads crimes slowly get worse and worse as the courts and soft Policing allowed him back on the streets time and time again. Even his mother begged the courts to electronically tag him but of course that was a breach of his human rights !!!!
