All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go,

I'm standing here outside the door,

I hate to wake you up to say Goodbye.

But 'Kauto's running and I'm In such a state,

I've waited a year to learn of his fate,

Very soon, I'll be beside the Starting Gate.

So kiss me and Pray for him,

Tell me that you know he'll win,

Pray for him like you've never prayed before.

I'm leaving In my Ford car.

Down to Cheltenham to see my 'Kauto Star',

Oh Babe, I can't wait to go.

If 'Kauto' wins then I won't be far,

Quaffing Champagne In the nearest bar,

But If 'Denman' pulls 2nd, then I may be gone a while.

If 'Madison' pulls 3rd then I could be late,

Down some club In such a state,

Counting my dosh like I've never counted before.

But I'll come home when I'm good and ready,

When I've sobered up and my legs are steady.

So kiss me and watch him win,

Watch him raise the Gold Cup again,

Cheer him on like you've never cheered before.
