The great Mayo or Salsa debate..
I cannot abide mayo on a breakfast burrito...Salsa all the way.

It depends on what I eat. For sandwiches, mayo. For tacos, salsa.

I would have never thought mayo had any place in a burrito, breakfast or otherwise.
I like my burrito smothered in Chili Verde and Cheddar or Colby cheese.

I would never have thought a burrito could have any place in breakfast full stop - but one lives and learns... I don't think you'd be very likely to find one in an Australian breakfast!

So what DO y'all eat for breakfast?

I have coffee and croissant and juice, or coffee and fresh fruit. Once in a while scrambled egg, cereal, or even yoghurt.
I guess some Aussies have bacon and eggs and toast or maybe crullers and conjee if you're a Chinese Aussie.

So I was just wondering, what do you prefer on your breakfast burritos?
Oh and here's how I make mine. In a skillet slice up bout 6 or 7 strips of thickly sliced bacon. Then add about 4 potatoes cubed. Fry until the potatoes become tender. Then I add a can of chopped green chilis. I then beat about 9 eggs and pour into the potatoe/bacon mixture. Cook until the eggs are set. Then serve on flour tortillas with cheese. (I like salsa and sourcream on mine also)
And if you don't eat breakfast burritos is there something you and your mate debate about dealing with food?
Neither mayonaise or salsa, but Don Jose Rodriquez Hot Sauce will do me fine.
