After watching that I'm still not sure what side of the road they drive on, where the road markings are, who should give way to who.
All seems a bit vague and casual. Pedestrians ambling in the road. No percievable traffic management system from what i can see. Time maybe for some traffic lights at that junction, or a few "road awareness " lessons for all concerned

Cars: Yes, that was one of my thoughts too!
Others included: They seem to see an accident coming 20 metres out and say, "Oh! There is going to be an accident." Then calmly watch it happen.
Or is it some obscure way to meet girls? Great line at the Wedding: "So, where did you two meet?" "On my front bumper."

I'm not so sure if it's exclusive to china How often have you been a passenger in a car and seen something happening in front of you and then come to the horrible realisation that the driver hasn't noticed it or if they have they haven't realised they need to do something and you're sitting there with your brake foot banging futilely on the floor because you're too polite to scream at them, or you see people driving too fast on an icy road and you just know they are about to lose it on the bend, or been sitting in stationary traffic on a motorway and realised the car coming up behind you hasn't realised the traffic has stopped.
Try sitting next to an inexperienced driver for a while - they don't see half the things you do or realise they need to do something if they do - like lead ins that mean traffic will be joining from the left and they should maybe move out or make allowances for them coming straight out without looking. I've been giving a teenage driver motorway lessons, we have conversations that are something like "watch out for that lorry coming out" ---"what lorry?" "THAT F_c---g LORRY"

In the days of Citizens Band Radio, in the 80's, I overheard a couple of truckers talking to each other on the channel 19, they were obviously travelling in convoy, not too far apart.
"Hey Alf!" said one
"Yeh, mate!" replied Alf
"Can you see me?"
"Course I can, yer a bleedin' 18 wheeler ffs !" Alf ended with a giggle
"Christ! I thought I was f***in' invisible!........ did yer just see that wanker in the Ford belt across the front of me?.....just comin towards yer now!"
"Yea, I saw yer breakin' ard..............warra pratt!"
Sometimes we car drivers should be grateful for these HGV drivers' quick reactions, when we have mental blocks like that! I often wondered if that car driver, who'd obviously nipped out of a side turning in front of the trucker, ever realised how near he had come to death!

I reckon every 100miles or so we all do something stupid that could result in an accident, I've pulled out when I shouldn't have, skidded on bends because I was going too fast, gone straight on at roundabout because there was a diesel spill - seen a few bikes and motor bikes come cropper because of that one. If you take steps to make yourself a better driver it's because you've scared yourself shitless, survived and realised you were lucky.

Oh, I'm sure you could make similar compilations in Britain or the US. I think my dumbest was starting the car and somehow causing it to leap forward precisely 2 feet, impaling the radiator on the tow bar of the car in front.
Actually, thinking about it, even taking that into consideration, some of those accidents were bizarre. I wonder if part of it is a population moving en masse from bicycle to car, and still behaving more as if they were on a bike?

One day I was on top of the petrol tanker with the driver checking the load before he discharged it and I heard the driver say " what's this F-----g idiot playing at". Someone had reversed in to the tanker - the guy got out and accused the driver of driving in to him, given that we were both on top of it there was a couple of seconds when we were in severe danger of falling off from laughing.
