Actually, as she's singing the line, linger by the paddock, if you look to the left you'll see a balcony and that's where Julie was working while it was filmed. If you zoom in you can see her.

Nuyorican Soul....Nyorican Soul.....I am the Black Gold of the Sun.

A recently discovered gem. I've never really possessed much in the way of soul or funk, just a few of the classics. How this album from 1997 passed me by is a mystery. A wealth of talent, not least Jocelyn Brown who sings this track. Wonderful stuff
